Abstract painting: Fragmented burst of algae.
This work evokes a submerged plant world, between filtered light and dense darkness. The green spiral seems to emerge or dissolve in the dark, like a swirl of algae suspended in the water. The knife gives the material a raw, lively relief, enhanced by iridescent reflections.
Green, in this deep, cool shade, inspires calm, stability and a sense of fluid movement. The concentric composition creates a point of visual tension, between immersion and emergence.
