Blue Abyssal Fragmentation - Blue and black geometric contemporary abstract painting

This contemporary work was created using acrylic paint, brush, knife and acrylic marker on a cotton canvas mounted on a wooden frame (100% cotton).

The composition features a play of grids and superimposed curves, in a palette of deep blues and contrasting blacks.

Fluid lines soften the geometric rigor, creating a visual movement reminiscent of abyssal depths.

The black-painted edges provide a neat finish, allowing immediate display without framing.

An aerosol-applied matte varnish protects the whole while preserving the texture and density of the colors.

  • In this work, geometry and movement unite to evoke the depth and fluidity of underwater worlds.

Rigorous grids mingle with curved, sinuous lines, like energy flows suspended in an aquatic space. Shades of blue, alternately intense and soothing, converse with black, recalling the contrasts of light filtering through the abyss.

Created with brush, knife and acrylic marker, this painting explores the tension between structure and freedom, between precision of gesture and spontaneity of movement. Each square, each line becomes a fragment of emotion frozen in the depth of blue.

The overall effect is one of visual balance and immersive calm, where the eye loses itself in a fragmentation that is both ordered and moving.
